  • Rate: $120/HR (2 Organizers)

    • +45/HR per each additional organizer

  • Minimum 4 hour booking

  • Deposit + Contract signature required

  • 30 minute phone call to discuss your goals

  • Client is responsible for:

    • Photo/video of each space

    • Measurements

In-person Consult: $100

  • 60 minute in person evaluation

  • Discuss goals

  • Photos and measurements of space taken by us

Included in your session rate

  • Product Sourcing, Shopping, and Returns

  • Travel up to 20 miles (roundtrip)

  • (+ .50 cents per additional mile)

  • “Sparkle” as we organize (light surface cleaning)


Friendly Reminders??

  • Materials (Totes, Shelving, Systems, Label Clips etc. are not included in the hourly rate. Costs associated with product are reimbursed by the client

  • We are unable to move forward with the session if pest infestations (rodents, mice, insects, etc.) are discovered while on site

  • All furry friends (cats/dogs/etc) must be kept in a different area of the home during our session for their safety

  • Children must be supervised and kept in a different area of the home during our session for their safety

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • We do not haul trash. If a dumpster is needed, the client is responsible for dumpster scheduling and payment

  • All communications are held via email + scheduled phone calls
